HOW EMERGENCY DELIVERY WORKS

Our ice is hand-cut and kept at our Norwalk warehouse. For a Saturday emergency, we head to the warehouse, load the van, and drive to you. It takes a little time, so we tell you the timing when you call.

BEST FOR EVENT-SIZED ORDERS

​

Emergency delivery works best for larger needs, such as a few hundred pounds of ice for a wedding, party or bar event. If you only need a bag or two, a nearby store will usually be faster. Call us anyway and we will help you figure out the best option.

WHAT WE CAN BRING

​

Hand-cut clear cocktail cubes, ice spheres, block ice, bagged ice, and crushed or shaved ice.

WHERE WE DELIVER

​

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment. Saturday emergency delivery is available. Call ahead. Pickup is at 5 Merritt Place, Norwalk, CT 06854.
