Wholesale Program — Terms Summary
One Third Ice supplies wholesale clear ice on a standing weekly order to restaurants, bars, and clubs across Fairfield County and lower Westchester. Submitting this application is a request to open a wholesale account, not a binding order — we'll follow up to confirm pricing and finalize your standing order before service begins.
Standing weekly orders require a six-month minimum commitment. We don't stockpile ice — we cut fresh two to three times a week to match confirmed weekly orders, so a steady order schedule is what keeps supply consistent for every account.
Delivery is included on every standing weekly order.
Billing is Net 30 terms, payable by credit card, check, or ACH transfer.
Your core weekly order quantity stays fixed during the six-month term — you're welcome to add more at any time. After the initial term, service continues on a rolling basis unless canceled in writing.
