WHAT YOU WILL DO

​

A two-hour hands-on class at our warehouse, 5 Merritt Place, Norwalk, CT. We start with a short tour and show you how our clear ice is made. Then we teach you how to use it at home, including how to build a proper Old Fashioned and a Negroni. You go home with clear ice to use right away.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

How clear ice is made, and why it melts slower and looks better in the glass. How to store and use clear ice at home. The technique behind a proper Old Fashioned and a Negroni.

WHEN

​

Evening classes, for example 5 to 7pm, so you can go to dinner afterwards in Norwalk. We also plan Saturday classes. Dates go to our notify list first.

PRICE

$150 per person.

WHAT TO KNOW

​

Guests must be 21 or over. We do not sell or serve alcohol. Please bring your own bottle for the class (we will tell you what to bring when you sign up), or ask about a non-alcoholic version. Ice, glassware, tools and garnishes are provided.
